The founders of SafetyLOGIC believe that small and medium business owners need a tool and a process to assist them to manage Workplace Safety in a systematic way.

SafetyLOGIC’s Safety Web provides our clients with an assessment programme and report which along with our guidance assists them to continue their safety journey as a systematic process.

Small and medium businesses may not seek or require to have formally certified Safety Management systems, however, generally in each small to medium business there is one person juggling and firefighting most Workplace Safety matters.

Once our Safety Web has been implemented the juggler will have a systematic plan for taking control of the business’ workplace safety. If the business chooses, once our Safety Web has been fully implemented it is a short step to seek formal Safety Management System certification.

Our Safety Web is a unique assessment tool which leads to a report that provides our clients with a traffic light report indicating the areas where the business’ energies should be directed.

The Safety Web process begins with a careful assessment of your workplace. The Safety Web assessment tool focuses on 24 areas in your workplace. Our SafetyLOGIC team member discusses safety matters with your team, managers and employees, we review your documents and based on our findings a traffic light score is provided for that assessment area.

Our Safety Web assessment is likely to take more than one day, before the assessment we spend some time with you to determine the best times to conduct the assessment. Our assessment plan is provided to you prior to commencement.

Utilising the latest available technology, our assessment also includes photos of any trouble spots in your workplace; the photos are accompanied by suggested improvements.

At the end of each day’s audit, the SafetyLOGIC team member will provide you with a brief written summary of the day’s activities.

Following our assessment and audit, we provide you with a report of your Workplace Safety status at the time of the audit. Our report provides you with the clear and concise picture of your Workplace Safety programme which gives direction for your improvement programme.

The Safety LOGIC team will assist you to improve and take control of your safety programme with planned periodic visits and advice. We return to your workplace to conduct a final assessment and audit to ensure that you are well set on your path to taking control of Workplace Safety.
