At SafetyLOGIC, we believe that a change in Workplace Safety culture must start with those who are driving and managing the business.
Prior to providing the training which generally takes several hours; we arrange to meet with the key personnel and managers in your business to discuss their management style, their preferred communication tools and their view of the Workplace Safety culture within your business.
Following the interviews, we provide a brief SafetyLOGIC Field Report on our findings and our plans for the training and mentoring programme.
A confirmatory meeting to discuss and finalise the training programme will take place before the training day.
Our tailored training and mentoring programme is geared specifically towards your business and your key personnel.
Following the training, we conduct a follow up visit or visits to your workplace to check on the progress of each person who participated in the training.
