Policy and Procedures
Has your business undergone some changes or your policy and procedure documents are out of date?
SafetyLOGIC will assist you to bring your policies and procedures up to date. A member of the SafetyLOGIC team will work with you to determine how your workplace operates; what you want to communicate to your team and employees and business stakeholders and any plans you have for the future.
As always we will provide you with a SafetyLOGIC Field Report that summarises our discussions, once we are sure we have understood your needs and requirements, we will assist you to build documents that are tailored to your business. At the completion of the project, all of the documents we have created for you and with you will be provided to you. The documents are yours to own.
Is your induction document out of date or needing a refresh or no longer reflecting the requirements of the business?
A member of the SafetyLOGIC team will meet with you to discuss your needs, take a tour of your worksite and develop a plan with you for your induction document. As always you will be provided with a SafetyLOGIC Field Report within 72 hours of our discussions to ensure that there is an understanding for both parties of the plans for the induction document.
A good induction document provides all newcomers to your business with an understanding of your Workplace Safety programme and Workplace Safety expectations and some of the significant hazards on your site and how you control those hazards. Ideally the induction document includes a site map.
The SafetyLOGIC team member will develop for and with you an induction document that will ensure all newcomers to your site are provided with the information they need to be safe and healthy when on your worksite.
Are your clients or business partners requiring your business to be certified to Australian or International Management system standards in Safety, Environment or Quality?
All of our SafetyLOGIC team members are internationally qualified and certified auditors. Our SafetyLOGIC team works with our clients to develop the habits and documentary evidence to be ready to be certified to the management standards. Generally, we have found that our clients’ business behaviours and practices are safe and appropriate to the risks of their business sector, but the documentary evidence that proves this is lacking or needing an upgrade.
After a thorough review of your business and the documents that you have in place, we provide you with a SafetyLOGIC Field Report that gives you a complete review of the gaps between the requirements of the standards and what work will be required to reach the requirements of the standards. The SafetyLOGIC Field Report provides you with a timeline to achieving your goal of certification.
If you are under a time pressure to achieve certification, our Field Report will provide you with the information you need to ensure that you reach your goal.
SafetyLOGIC is partnered with an Australian owned and operated JAS/ANZ certification body which assists us with our clients requiring certification in International and Australia and New Zealand Standards.
