Incident Investigation

On short notice, a SafetyLOGIC team member will visit your Workplace to lead or become a part of your Incident Investigation.

All SafetyLOGIC team members are trained Incident Investigators. We have our own unique Incident Investigation tools or we can use the tools and documents, you have in your workplace.

Our investigation process reviews the environmental factors surrounding the incident, looks into the activities of all persons related to the incident, assesses the inherent risks of the tasks or activities relating to the incident and interviews all persons who were involved in the incident.

Our investigation process includes a review of all risk assessments and safety procedures and documents relating to the activities and tasks surrounding the incident.

At SafetyLOGIC we believe that an Incident Investigation is only completed when a prevention programme has been put in place to ensure that the incident will not occur again. We believe in a multi-layered approach to incident prevention.

At the completion of our investigation we provide our clients with our Incident Report and our SafetyLOGIC field report which contains recommendations for prevention programmes.
